The Old Vicarage, Stoulton, is tucked away in a peaceful conservation area opposite an ancient Norman church just over two miles away from Junction 7 of the M5 motorway. No longer home to the vicar this house has been our family home for the last twenty-nine years. It is a special place, rural and quiet but incredibly convenient for the many places to visit around here.
Today 'The HayLoft and The Stables Flat' are holiday accommodation..
If you are interested in renting either of these properties please contact our agents
When we arrived here in 1989 'The Stables" really was an old stable, there was tack in the tack room and the old hay racks were still in place on the walls. In the corner of the building stood a set of stairs that led up to the hayloft above. There were spiders and cobwebs everywhere and the open spaces between the floor boards were obviously not intended!
There are no horses here today, just a paddock. The grass is beautiful and its flowers and trees are there for our guests to explore and admire. Throughout the year the paths through the paddock are kept short for easy walking they lead to our private gate that leads out into the open countryside.
